Kim Bradle, E-RYT, YACEP, Herbal Practitioner, Reiki II Practitioner, lifelong student. Kim has been studying, practicing and facilitating embodiment, mindfulness, meditation and energetics for over 25 years and in the past decade has incorporated daily plant wisdom into her life. Having navigated many personal challenges, Kim has experienced the transformative power of these ancient wisdom practices and is skilled at supporting others in accessing their inherent wisdom and embodying their authenticity and power.

I began my yoga practice with Kim three years ago. It is a beautiful inward and outward journey. Both physically and spiritually I have learned to exercise with a discipline and mindfulness that encourages my heart’s calm and spirit’s serenity...
My practice has blossomed as mine – unique to me...I’ve discovered regular sources of inspiration as Kim has shared her deep knowledge of both traditional and modern yoga teachings...I benefit daily from the physical strength and the spiritual growth that I have gained. Practicing yoga with Kim has changed my life. Last year I had spinal fusion surgery, and after seeing several pain management doctors, couldn’t find much relief. I'd never tried yoga, and wasn’t very flexible when I started working with Kim. Kim is patient and kind and showed me how to be more conscious, present and relaxed. I'm mostly pain-free. Kim has helped me create a practice that consciously coordinates yoga, breathing and meditation to help me move through life with less stress. Kim taught me how to breathe again.
Kim has been working with me for over a year. She has taught me patience with my practice. We have worked at my speed to become a more spiritual person. I have lived in constant pain for the last six years and Kim has taught me yoga moves that have helped me eliminate most of my physical pain. Her meditation practice has given me peace in a turbulent time in my life. I am very grateful for Kim Bradle and her Yoga and Meditation practice. I have grown more since I started working with Kim than in any other time in my life.
